Do you have a maintenance need for the common area of your association? If so…

-Login to your association’s secured portal.

-On the left side of the taskbar, go to Maintenance and enter your New Maintenance Request. You can add photos and a description of what is needed.

Please do not send requests through email. By using the portal, we can better track maintenance requests through completion.
