Email your invoices to: propertylifemanagement@invoices.appfolio.com

Each invoice must include the following information:

  • Invoice Number
  • Property Name/Entity Name
  • Service Address/Ship-To Address
  • Business Name and Remittance Address

Important: When emailing invoices, attachments must be under 5MB and only one invoice should be included per attachment. Emails can include multiple attachments. The accepted file format is PDF.

NEW VENDOR INFORMATION

PLM offers our vendors multiple payment methods to ensure you get paid on the terms that best fit your business needs and in a reasonable manner. We have partnered with AppFolio to process payments to our clients’ vendors. Payment methods include the following:

  1. Quickest: Electronic Payment – Receive direct deposit within 3 business days from our payment approval. The enhanced direct deposit payment solution delivers funds directly to your bank account with the extra benefit of emailed payment receipts for simple reconciliation.
  2. Quick: Check-Receive checks via USPS 7-10 business days after payment approval.
