We recently added the ability to share architectural reviews with boards/committees via their portal.

Please login to your online portal to send an architectural review for approval to either the Architectural Review Committee or to your Board of Directors. They will have the ability to review the details of the request, view any attachments, communicate with each other and you directly in-app, and vote to approve or deny the architectural request.

On the architectural review page, specify to send to the board or committee which will trigger an email to the approvers. Any chats sent on the approval, will be recorded on the architectural request. Happy Maintenance!
